Can I change or cancel my order?

Products

Are your products safe for pets?
All PawMind products are made from pet-safe, non-toxic materials. Our lick mats and bowls are BPA-free and food-grade. Always supervise your pet when introducing a new product.

What size snuffle mat / bed / wrap should I choose?
Product pages include sizing guides. If you're unsure, email us your pet's breed and weight and we'll recommend the right size.

Are the products machine washable?
The Snuffle Mat is machine washable on a gentle cycle. The Calming Donut Bed is machine washable. The Lick Mat and Slow Feeder Bowl are dishwasher safe.
